Meet the Owner
Hello, I'm Tara Jampolsky
I take immense pride in educating and assisting seniors, behavioral health patients and people with disabilities on the importance and benefits of Recreation Therapy and Geri Fit to enhance the quality of one’s life. Our senior population is living longer and deserve continued enjoyment of life through specialized programs whether it is to rebuild with meaning and purpose or to grow independence for continued enjoyment with family and friends. I am here to walk the path with you and guide you through the wonderful journey of life experiencing meaningful Therapeutic Recreation Activities and Geri-Fit exercises.
My Story ...
I learned the art of listening and understanding, not everyone walks the same path, learns in the same manner and pace, or has the same needs, consequently, each plan should be structured specifically to the individual for maximum benefit.
It is important as well to recognize cultural differences as this plays a role in understanding a person’s background and what is important to them to light the spark. I gained this knowledge throughout my career which included working in Canada, Israel and United States. These countries are a melting pot of amazing culture, which afforded me the opportunity to work with many wonderful, interesting seniors gaining invaluable experience.
I was fortunate to be chosen as a volunteer to staff multiple Birthright programs abroad further enhancing my personal history and culture related to working with Seniors, additionally enrolling in accredited programs facilitating in Therapeutic Recreation. This was a life changing, firsthand experience as my participation allowed me to develop the skills and tools to effectively assist a client/patient on their journey to either recovery or a path to live a healthier, balanced life. Towards the end of my studies, I accepted an internship at The Veterans Hospital in Phoenix gaining firsthand experience in creating professional assessments, implementing treatment plans, and creating and overseeing group activities.
My professional dream to help others succeed to the best of their ability was realized when I graduated from ASU in 2007 (Arizona State University) with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Through continued education I am also CTRS (Certified Recreational Therapist), Certified Geri-Fit Instructor, First Aid, and CPR.
All of my instructors are Memory Care Services Certified through Hospice of the Valley, fingerprint cleared, insured, TB tested, first aid and CPR certified.
“Nothing is impossible with the right attitude, the right coach, and the right person by your side.”

Meet The Team ...

Roni Godshall
With over three decades of experience in senior care, my journey has been defined by a lifelong dedication to enriching the lives of older adults. I began this career at sixteen as a server in an assisted living community, a formative experience that led me to spend over ten years as a certified caregiver and med tech. Having served as an Activity Assistant and Lifestyle Director, I now bring my expertise to Senior Fitness, LLC as a Recreational Aid. My approach is rooted in the belief that "finding the fun" is essential to health. I leverage my outgoing, energetic personality to design programs that don't just fill time, but significantly improve my residents' quality of life through laughter, movement, and music. I strive to be a source of joy for everyone I encounter. By blending compassion with a silly sense of humor, I create an environment where seniors feel seen, heard, and energized. For me, this isn’t just a career—it’s a passion for championing the well-being of a population I deeply respect.

To ensure the highest standard of wellness for the residents I serve, I have prioritized specialized training and am proud to be: Geri-Fit Certified and ICAA (International Council on Active Aging) Foundation for Wellness Certified I believe that every day offers a new opportunity for joy and growth.
